This website does not accept enquiry forms. Email links open your mail app, and WhatsApp links open a conversation. Where a button belongs to a product, the draft names that product and lists the questions we need answered (quantity, destination, power and payment options). You edit and send the message yourself. Clicking a link does not send a message or confirm receipt.
The information you send through email or WhatsApp is used to discuss your equipment requirements, prepare quotations and handle order questions. The relevant service also applies its own privacy terms.
Equipment and browsing preferences
Your equipment configuration stays on the current product page. Product links can carry the equipment name, quantity and requested options to the contact page so they can be included in your message. Catalogue preferences and referral information may be kept in this tab’s browser session; clearing the website’s session data removes these local copies.
Website activity
The website records product views, direct contact clicks and copies of the email address as first-party event counts. These can include the page, product, whether email or WhatsApp was chosen, the referring website, campaign tags and the visitor’s country, which is derived from the connection; IP addresses are not stored. Search engines and other automated visitors are not counted. Events do not include the contents of email or WhatsApp messages, contact-form details or a visitor identifier. A contact click is separate from a received enquiry. The website does not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Questions about your information
Contact us by email or WhatsApp to ask about information you previously sent, including any enquiry submitted through an earlier version of this website. Include the equipment or order reference where relevant. Clearing browser data does not remove messages or enquiries already received.
